Refund Policy

Dinand Products, Inc. will not issue refunds for purchased merchandise because every piece of merchandise is unique, hand made, and some pieces may be extremely valuable. Shipping insurance will be placed on every item we ship. This will cover any damages that might occur in transit. If a product does get damaged from shipping, it is responsibility of the customer to collect for those damages from the shipping carrier. Refunds for shipping damages will not be issued from Dinand Products, Inc. If you do ship a product back to us in exchange for a refund, we will be forced to ship it back to you at your expense.

Shipping Methods

Dinand Products, Inc. ships all of our products via FedEx and UPS. We provide the following services by request for shipping products:

Over night for jewelry - $29.00 (per order/package) by FedEx or UPS
2nd Day - $18.00 (per order/package) by FedEx or UPS
All products will be shipped at a cost of $5.00 (per order/package) by United States Post Services (USPS) if no shipping method is requested.
